Life throws challenges at us that we have to combat both mentally and physically, but so often we focus only on mental strength.
We’ve found that combining life coaching with martial arts gives the unique advantage of applying principles you learn through coaching in a physical way. This powerful combination shows you the strength you possess and empowers you to achieve your goals in real life situations.
Our approach
Group Coaching
Life doesn’t come with a road map, but there are helpers along the way. We help you clarify the choices before you, and empower you to set goals as we guide you through creating an action plan to achieve those goals.
Martial Arts
By practicing martial arts, you’ll obtain both mental and physical benefits. Build confidence in your ability to protect yourself and set healthy boundaries as you understand your strengths and value.
How this works
In a group environment (7-9 young females), you’ll receive support from both your group and the coach to ask the right questions to help guide you through your thought process.
Weekly Zoom classes | 70 min
Video sessions to watch prior to Zoom classes | 10-15 min
Twice a month martial arts training in person | 120 min
Weekly Zoom meditation sessions (optional) | 30 min
